What we collect, what we don't.

Last updated 2026-05-29.

In one paragraph

When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive your name, email, optional company name, and message — that's it. The form also records the IP address you submitted from, which we use only to enforce a rate limit (max 5 submissions per IP per hour). We don't run analytics, we don't set tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your information with third parties.

What the contact form collects

  • Name — required.
  • Email — required, used to reply to you.
  • Company — optional.
  • Message — required.
  • Submitting IP address — recorded server-side. Used to enforce a per-IP rate limit and to investigate suspected abuse. Included in the email we receive so we can spot patterns.

Submitted form data is delivered as an email to a single internal address. The email is retained in our mailbox until manually deleted or archived per our normal email retention practices.

Rate-limit IP records (timestamps only, hashed-IP filenames) live on the server for at most one hour and are automatically evicted after that window.

What we don't do

  • No web analytics, no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom.
  • No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no behavioral profiling.
  • No cookies set by this site.
  • No third-party advertising networks.
  • No sale, lease, or rental of your data to anyone.

Some assets (the Inter web font, Tailwind CSS) are loaded from third-party CDNs (Google Fonts, jsDelivr/cdn.tailwindcss.com). Those providers see your IP address as a normal HTTP request side-effect; we don't tell them anything about you and they don't tell us anything about you.

Where the data lives

This site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Uno Communications, Inc. in the United States. Email is delivered through our own mail servers; we don't use third-party mail providers (no Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.) to handle contact-form submissions.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the email and any associated records that resulted from your contact-form submission. Send a request to the same contact form and reference the original message; we'll confirm deletion within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that changes what we collect (for example, introducing analytics, accepting payments, or hosting accounts), we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
